The convenient Neapolitan pizza snack

Biopolar pizza snacks were developed in conjunction with our partner firm, Gusto Sorrento from southern Italy.

The company founder Antonio and his partners made a name for themselves locally when they started selling pizza snacks as street food in 2001. Now, there is a whole production line dedicated to the famous boat-shaped pizzas.

Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside

The attractively shaped snacks are made from Neapolitan pizza dough and filled from end to end. They are squeezed together in the middle by hand. This makes every part of them deliciously moist and crispy at the same time. They can also be split in the middle and shared. A sensational snack!
