The moist cake bases are prepared by chef Stefano with gluten-free rice flour and potato starch, while carob bean gum is added to the dough for binding.
During production, Signor Stanghellini, owner of Eurochef, attaches great importance to precision and high quality ingredients. He sources these mainly from Italy because he knows the suppliers personally.
Our cakes are made from purely plant-based ingredients and shock-frozen immediately. They contain no palm oil or alcohol. All cakes are carefully packaged. They are a feast for the palate and eyes and can be prepared in no time at all. Defrost & ready!
